2024-05-20	St*****	AVOID !!! Ordered through foodora many times in the past. But the last three orders I've made have been delayed for over an hour. They apologize and then send you a voucher for 35kr. Even though the food may arrive cold. No refund if you need to reorder food. Today I ordered and waited an hour, was told by an agent that the food would be with us in 30 minutes. Only for the order to be cancelled 30 minutes later, with nowhere else to get food. The agent closed the chat. Horrible service.

2024-04-19	Ka*****	Food always arrives cold and soggy, and they use all the same anti-consumer tactics something like Uber Eats and Door Dash uses. The sole purpose of the app is to get as much money from your pocket as possible... I wouldn't be surprised if they launch a subscription service soon, that includes all the features that were default in the beginning... Disgraceful company, DO NOT download this app!

2023-04-28	Bl*****	New customer voucher couldn't be applied as the address I live in apparently is not covered by Foodora. Meanwhile half my family has the same adress just fine and furthermore it works on their webpage. Lastly this has more to do with the service but first order was over an hour late. !!!

2022-11-17	*****	UI needs work; add search by restaurant ratings, distance, free delivery, open now, etc. Make it so we can call the restaurant directly if there are any problems or app isn't working properly. This app should have all the features we are used to with Hungry and Just Eat if you want to replace them, or you'll get bad ratings.

2022-10-28	Re*****	The Hungry app was much better in terms of the technical aspect (not easy to navigate the foodora app) and also the fact that you had the option of deleting the carrier bag from the order. It's greedy to make a bag purchase mandatory! Also you can't call the customer service anymore, so you have to spend more time on explaining things in text. Please bring back the option of calling. It's much more convenient and practical.

If you could enable repeat order or buy again it would be lovely for people like me and my husband who makes a special order and the restaurant/cafe nails it... And we we want to repeat the orders, we can just click on repeat order... Instead of going through the whole menu from the restaurant/cafe... Just a thought... Im sure many people would appreciate this function...
