There's often something wrong with the delivery. Very late food, lost driver, etc. Customer service is a mixed bag. Delivery prices are much higher than alternatives. Unfortunately it's the only delivery service where I live.

Absolutely disgraceful delivery. Don't believe them when they say that no user under my name could be found. It's a lie. Not possible to create support ticket. After waiting one hour and half for delivering from 2 different vendors, both canceled in row. I always left them tips, now I am uninstalling. One less customer
