eSzemélyiM is a free, user-friendly mobile app designed for reading personal identification card data issued in Hungary since January 1, 2016. Available in Hungarian and English, it utilizes NFC technology on Android devices (7.0+) to display personal data stored on ePersonal cards and facilitates comprehensive PIN management, including unlocking blocked PINs with PUK, activating and changing eIdentification and eSignature PINs, and temporarily storing CAN numbers.

The app also supports service ID verification for accessing public transport services like ticketing and validation. Additionally, eSzemélyiM works with USB card readers via a desktop utility on Windows/Linux, enabling electronic signatures and identifications using a combination of mobile phones and computers. No need to visit government offices or purchase separate card readers, streamlining electronic administration processes in Hungary.

Működik, de aktiváláskor folyamatosan az NFC-hez kell tartani a személyit. Nem csak akkor, amikor kéri az app, hamem folyamatosan. Enélkül hibára fut az aktiválásnál.

Amig az app nyitva van, a személyi legyen végig a telefonon! Így mukodik az aktivalas.. Keep your ID on your phone the whole time to make the activation work!
