HTTP Header Mangler Firefox

HTTP Header Mangler

HTTP Header Mangler inserts HTTP headers on a per host basis.

Features & Capabilities

HTTP Header Mangler is a powerful Chrome extension that allows users to insert HTTP headers selectively on a per-host basis. Users can define rules using simple strings or regular expressions to target specific hosts, making it highly customizable for advanced HTTP header manipulation.

With support for multiple headers per rule and the ability to delete headers by assigning empty values, HTTP Header Mangler offers fine-grained control over the HTTP requests your browser sends. It's particularly useful for developers and testers who need to modify headers dynamically. The extension is open-source and maintained on GitHub for transparency and contributions.

I can modify the "Accept" header in outgoing HTTP requests in Firefox 129, so it still works. It would be nice if syntax errors in the rules would be shown.
