en | Well, I have been using the applications 2 weeks Pro free trial and... at the beginning it was going quite well ... but later I would start getting message "problem fetching ASR subs. NETWORK_ERROR" in Netflix. This totally made it impossible for me to use the extension in the way i like to use it (which is watching proper accurate subs for dubbed series). I tried checking if there was a way of reaching some kind of customer support box or even an email address to express my concern but it was impossible to find a way to contact the creators of the site (at least through their own website). This makes me feel very skeptical about potentially paying monthly and becoming a subscriber (which I was more than willing to do)... Apart from that, whenever the application is working fine it's WONDERFUL. But if this is a paid product then there definitely should be a way to contact the developers and address any issues, glitches and bugs. |
