Pointless. All this extension does it redirect you to another website, so there is no need for it to be an extension. Furthermore, the link it sends you to is expired. I assume it was just a website that hosted Youtube videos, had a search bar, etc. but with a cleaner layout to Youtube. Either way it's pointless. What is needed is a extension that alters the actual Youtube website.
