User reviews

I've been using extensions like this for years, so it's really cool to see a new paradigm being explored. So far, I love it! After a day of use, I've come up with a few ideas for improvement: - Whitelist to disable (or disable typing feature) for specific websites. Some websites (like Sudoku Slam) are unusable so the extension needs to be disabled manually. - Passthrough toggle for websites that have their own keyboard shortcuts. Vimium-C supports one-off passthrough for a single key or you can toggle on/off. - Hover - Many websites utilize mouse hover to open menus, preview images etc. Perhaps Ctrl-Shift that works the same as holding shift but sends hover/focus event instead of clicks? - Number hints as an option instead of letters would be a cool option for those with numpads. - Toggle on Shift instead of needing to hold it down to show hints? It can be awkward hitting keys while holding down shift. Number hints as mentioned above would also alleviate this. - Another trigger that allows switching among scroll areas. On page load, sometimes I end up scrolling a side panel instead of the main document requiring using the mouse to change focus. - The ability to turn off or tweak the scrolling enhancements. I prefer smooth scrolling as I lose focus when scrolling in jumps. (personal opinion of course) - Is open sourcing it a consideration? It would be cool to follow development and have a proper place to report bugs and make feature requests. Keep up the great work!

easy and perfect tool
by Claude Devore, 2025-02-19

If I could give a 4.5 star, I would. Extension is near perfect and performs better than every other shortcut navigation extension I've tried, which is impressive because extensions are hit or miss on the Vivaldi browser, BUT I would have liked the option to turn off certain functions. Specifically, the auto-navigate-on-typing functionality because I use single character shortcut keys for a lot of my workflow and this blocks those. I'll still use the extension but I'll have to turn the extension on and off as needed.
