The extension gives you the following options to manage your tabs:

Current window

Sort your tabs based on the page's url host. For example, this will group all your YouTube tabs together. (Sorting is ascending)
Move all similar tabs (to the current page) in the current window to a new window.
Close all similar tabs (to the current page) in the current window.

I do not understand how it is possible that this incredible extension has not been evaluated or commented on yet, it is great, I love the developer because it is a very good idea and it helps a lot.
