Manage Tabs is a Chrome extension that helps you save memory and keep your tabs organized. With this extension, you can create groups from your open tabs, open and close tabs with one click, and easily create and remove groups. It uses minimal memory when tabs are grouped and works completely offline for privacy assurance.

You can create groups from all currently open tabs. You can later open and close all those tabs with a single click. You can also create and remove groups with a single click.

Minimum memory use

When tabs are grouped, they require no memory anymore. When the extension's view is closed, the extension will also unload and use zero memory. (Chrome's extension page will show 'inactive')

Privacy assurance

This extension works completely offline. No scripts, fonts or other content is loaded from other servers. (despite the favicons). It uses no analytics or other tracking as many similar extensions do. In fact this is the main reason why this extension has been developed.

Have a bunch of tabs open, use this extension to close them all and restore them. Congratulations! You just lost the history of all your tabs and their Back button will be disabled! It'll also try to load all tabs in memory at once (unlike restoring from Recently Closed) causing the browser or system to hang if there's too many tabs.

love it. can you add new options to delete & restore tabs one by one, but keep close all groups and restore all too it will be awesome.
