en I am self-employed and make numerous phone calls daily through my desktop/laptop as well as my cell phone. Dialpad makes it easy for me to place my calls as well as return calls with the simultaneous ring on desktop and mobile. The data analytics are great! And the price is wonderful. I haven't had any problems reaching support - my account manager sent me customer support's phone number and they were super helpful! A+++ app, service and support

en It's great until it's not. There is no one that you can call and speak with if you have a problem. You have to send an email. And then, its' hard for them to get in contact with you because you're having trouble with your phone, remember? In the meantime, you miss customer calls or they get a prerecorded message from Dialpad, that does not identify your business.

en I was initially impressed by the app. It has a lot of potential if they choose to make it work. The pricing is something else. For it to work well in business you will need to add each user as an operator. For a staff of 5 that is $100/month to start with. Then if you create departments, you will add $7/month for each. As you try to set up the auto-attendant you will see your cost starts adding up fast as you create departments, teams, and so on. I definitely would not recommend it for a business. For a single user it might be okay.

en Has a lot of potential but the software is loaded with bugs. I reported the bugs several times over my 1 year with them and they became less and less friendly to the point of customer support completely ignoring my concerns with the app messing up my Google Contacts. So I jumped ship to another provider.

en OK, as a telecom professional with over 30 years experience I have the opportunity to try just about everything. If you are having call quality problems with the desktop or chrome apps, CHECK YOUR QOS SETTINGS, AND YOUR NETWORK. If they are not ready then your calls will suck with all VoIP providers. The mobile apps work good as long as you use the carrier option. I did recently order a desk phone just to test and I have to say I am disappointed. With all the great VoIP phones out the only one compatible is the Obihai brand. I got the 1032. The display resolution is subpar and the screen is not a touch screen. So you have to "navigate" via a wheel on the face of the phone. If they could use the superior display on the Polycom VVX series then they would be making a step in the right direction Currently they also have an app for the ipad, but not an android. The Ipad version works good but again you need to have your network setup correctly to really do it right.

en Has big potential but just doesn't work that well. Super buggy. Can't even get it to open now as it keeps telling me I'm offline. We're switching to Jive where hopefully we'll have better luck (and more than three people conference calling).
