It's not limited to Google Meet, it supports other platforms including YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Video, and Twitch. Use the keyboard shortcut Alt + P (⌥ + P on macOS) to easily switch between PiPs.

This does not give you 2 floating windows at the same time. There are tons of other apps out there doing the EXACT same thing, google has one and its only 8kb.
