I would rate 5 stars if I could config the extension so that PiP only activates when switching tabs, not windows...

Works as a charm, not a single problem with it For those who are having some issues: If you switch to new tab, it will work, but as you go again, you have to stop and unstop the video/ go fullscreen for it to work when you switch to new tab again
