What is mentalis TEK?

mentalis TEK includes an app and regular psychological telephone consultations. During these consultations, you will receive support in achieving your personal goals. In the app, you will learn helpful techniques and strategies that can help you manage your symptoms.

How to get to mentalis TEK

1. Book your appointment for an initial consultation with a mentalis aftercare psychologist at www.mentalis-health.com/nachsorge.
2. During a telephone conversation, we will assess together whether aftercare is right for you. If you are currently receiving treatment at one of our partner clinics, this assessment can also be carried out by the clinic.
3. The TEK app and your psychologist will support you in achieving long-term stability and finding follow-up treatment if needed.

Does my health insurance cover the costs of mentalis TEK?

Many health insurance companies and insurers cover the costs of TEK.
