1. Book your appointment for an initial consultation with a mentalis aftercare psychologist at www.mentalis-health.com/nachsorge.
2. During a telephone consultation, we will determine together whether aftercare is right for you. If you are currently receiving treatment at one of our partner clinics, this assessment can also be carried out by the clinic.
3. The Phoenix app and your psychologist will support you in achieving long-term stability and finding follow-up treatment if needed.
