What is Automatic Video Speed?

Automatic Video Speed is a Chrome extension that aggregates video watch speed statistics and automatically sets your watch speed. It takes into account the speed at which other users watch videos, allowing you to be more productive by speeding through slower videos. Currently supports YouTube only. Note: Report any errors in the console.

To use (Supports YouTube only right now):

Speeds are set automatically. Since the YT video player has an issue with setting playback speeds ( https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/130638003 ), changes will not reflect in the YouTube player but the speed IS set.
