HardRefresh
Add a context menu for performing hard refresh (CTRL+F5). This is to avoid having to put your hands on the keyboard! This add-on is a remake of the legacy Hard Refresh plugin. We thank all for the comments and feedback.

The extension is fine, however it doesn't work on vertical tabs (it doesn't appear in the menu if I click directly on the tab). It would also be good to offer a link to GitHub (if hosted on GitHub) for added confidence in the developer.
