2026-08-26	Dr*****	Using this app since 5 years now. Never had any issue. Now whenever I'm trying to book an appointment for a patient, despite the patient being in my phone book and all, the app cannot find that contact. I've contacted customer service via WhatsApp. Looks like someone who doesn't understand English. Asking me to send a screenshot of "about the app" section. Couldn't find any such section. Asked for clarification. The person stops replying

2026-04-06	Da*****	ive been using this app for several years and its been great for me to organize my appointments for my business. on a daily,weekly and monthly basis. If i have any technical issues and need some help, i get a speedy response and immediate help to resolve the issue! I definitely recommend this app!

Всё под рукой, ничего не забывается. Приложение реально упрощает жизнь владельца малого бизнеса. Отдельно хочу отметить службу поддержки — отвечают быстро, всегда помогают, очень приятно работать. Спасибо разработчикам за такой удобный и продуманный инструмент!

2024-09-18	Te*****	This is my first CRM, but not my last. And I've tried so many of them, but this is my favorite. Very convenient, I like everything, lots of settings, intuitive. Special thanks to tech support, the guys are great, they respond within a minute, in other applications I waited 35 hours for a response from tech support)) Of all the ones I've tried, I want to note the availability of tariffs and integration with many services, plus there is everything you need😃👍🤩

2024-08-04	Am*****	Best app I have ever seen. Best part is when you fix appointment it reminds you by ringing bell and it doesn't stop until you see it. Means you never miss any appointment. I am very satisfied with this app and using since 2016.

It's great that it automatically sends text message reminders when a reservation is made or canceled, and at the timing you specify. You can also customize many settings to suit your preferences. The customer service is very responsive, and they even change the system when you suggest improvements.You might find the initial setup a bit confusing, but once it's done, the app is very user-friendly. I highly recommend!
