Using this app since 5 years now. Never had any issue. Now whenever I'm trying to book an appointment for a patient, despite the patient being in my phone book and all, the app cannot find that contact. I've contacted customer service via WhatsApp. Looks like someone who doesn't understand English. Asking me to send a screenshot of "about the app" section. Couldn't find any such section. Asked for clarification. The person stops replying

ive been using this app for several years and its been great for me to organize my appointments for my business. on a daily,weekly and monthly basis. If i have any technical issues and need some help, i get a speedy response and immediate help to resolve the issue! I definitely recommend this app!
