Some issues are there with this application and WM units .#No proper app updation. 1.Quick closing of app automatically 2.machine mostly showing active cards after putting cloths 3. Not have a better UI. 4. Can track the machine status(android user) 5. Can't acess used history. 6. Customer care is also need to show more commitment when the users are having trouble when they are in laudry.

Never left a review but felt it necessary. The app is just broken. You can add funds and use the machines, yes. But any time you do activate a machine or try to view the machine status, that app just crashes. I tried getting onto support and tried everything including "unblocking my phone/address", reinstalling the app and restarting my phone (and thus my support session) multiple times but this never helped. Decided to give up in the end and just suffer the missing features. Very disappointing.
