예전부터 잘 쓰고 있습니다! 그런데 네이버 웨일에서 스크린샷 버튼을 누르면 이미지는 뜨는데 저장버튼이 먹통인 것 같습니다. 밑의 리뷰 댓글을 참고하여 설정-이미지 캡쳐 후 동작을 "결과 미리보기 -> 내 PC에 저장"으로 바꿔서 해보았는 데도 먹통입니다. 시도해볼만한 다른 방법이 있을까요?

지금까지 정말 만족하면서 잘 쓰고 있는 프로그램입니다 버튼 디자인도 심플하고 깔끔해서 좋아요 :-) 좋아하는 장면을 편하게 저장한 뒤 두고두고 볼 수 있어서 유용합니다 그런데 오늘 갑자기 녹화기능이 먹통이네요ㅜㅜ 아주아주 가끔 녹화버튼만 누르면 무한 로딩이 걸리다 영상 자체가 다운되곤 했었는데 확장프로그램을 잠시 껐다 켜거나 새로고침을 하면 해결되었습니다. 오늘도 같은 문제가 반복되어서 인터넷 연결은 멀쩡하고, 확장프로그램을 삭제했다 다시 다운받아 봐도, 네이버를 종료했다 다시 시작해도, 설정도 모두 검토해보고 컴 자체를 껐다 켜도 안 되네요.. 무엇이 문제인지 몰라 여기에 남깁니다.. 이유가 뭘까요ㅠㅠ
