I upgraded to the paid version last year and have never been able to get the program to search. I never requested a refund. I was surprised when I could find no way to cancel the subscription and was recently charged for another year. The only contact given is the support email. They have never responded to my emails.

This has been an amazing tool for doing Family History, especially since so much of my work has been done back to the 1500-1600 range. It is not always intuitive to new users and I have not found many instructions. If it had not been shown to me and explained by another user I'm not sure if i would have been as pleased with it. As of now, I hope never to be without it. My last search brought up over 1,000 names that needed work.
