Ashton Blume		 en Signed up for the free trial on my work iphone, was instantly charged for the annual membership. Reached out through their website and through email to cancel and never heard anything, reached out again a week later, again no response. After 2 weeks and their "request for a refund deadline" they responded to me to say they would not refund me. I have been getting the runaround from them for a week now, they refuse to refund me, they refuse to acknowledge half of my emails, there is no number to call. I have no problem paying for a subscription I sign up for, but I was charged for something I did not agree to. Would never recommend this app, they take your money and refuse to refund you.

Andrea Harter		 en BEWARE HANDING OVER YOUR CARD INFO TO THIS COMPANY!! I paid for Premium ($9.99) on Aug 18. The premium option never activated due to technical issue on app side. I contacted support same day. After nearly a month, and 10 or more emails to their support team, dealing with multiple customer support people asking me to provide info I'd previously provided, and sending images the posted charge to my credit card from Planner5D - I'm no closer to a refund and they basically told me today to take it up with my credit card company, they don't know how to help me. Because they couldn't "find an account" on their end that matches up with the charge. Thankfully, credit card was able to reverse the charge. BUT - beware, credit card company said this merchant can NOT BE BLOCKED, as they don't meet the criteria for a merchant that can be blocked by credit card companies, meaning, since it was a monthly charge, if the charge continues to go through again month after month, they can't stop it. I will have to call EACH month and have it reversed. In reading through other reviews including on Google Play Store - I'm not the only one having issues in dealing with customer support and getting it resolved. BEWARE! I would not recommend giving any credit card info to this app.

Евгений Вовчок		 ru Могло бы быть хорошим приложением... Но: 1. Нет привязки комнат к ровным углам. То есть, если ты сбил ровный угол, ты его потом будешь очень долго восстанавливать. 2. Если углы цепляются друг за друга, когда относишь одну комнату от другой, за ней может улететь один угол другой комнаты. 3. Нет (или я не нашел) настройки толщины стен. А это важно, так как стены могут съедать очень много места и это нужно учитывать в планировке. 4. Часто неправильно работает отмена изменения (Ctrl+Z). Казалось бы, простая функция. Допустим, изменил размер мебели, затем передвинул комнату. Нажимаю "Отмена" - комната на месте, зато мебель вернулась к прежнему размеру. 5. В мебели (даже платной) нет барной стойки (как стол в баре). Вместо нее так называются тележки и шкафы для бутылок.

Ich bin		 ru Плюс - программа очень лёгкая в обращении. Минусы - многие мелочи (типа аксессуаров для ванной и кухни) не видно в 3 D режиме. Нет калиток (только заборы), и домашнего живности типа курочек. Вообщем программу дорабатывать!
