Ro Sm, 2021-09-07Signed up for the free trial on my work iphone, was instantly charged for the annual membership. Reached out through their website and through email to cancel and never heard anything, reached out again a week later, again no response. After 2 weeks and their "request for a refund deadline" they responded to me to say they would not refund me. I have been getting the runaround from them for a week now, they refuse to refund me, they refuse to acknowledge half of my emails, there is no number to call. I have no problem paying for a subscription I sign up for, but I was charged for something I did not agree to. Would never recommend this app, they take your money and refuse to refund you.
