Just doesn't work

I think this app is great. I haven't had any problems yet. Videos transcode quickly, audio and video playback is excellent. No lag, audio is clear and in sync. Great product. I give it all stars

Installed, closed and reopened the browser, but still wouldn't work. Tried several times. Worthless!
