Dstny Crm Connect is a server-side lookup service that connects CRM and Ticketing systems with Dstny Cloud PBX. It enables users to view customer information on incoming and outgoing calls, improving customer experience and simplifying everyday tasks. The service supports major ERP's and CRM's, and offers custom CRM connectors and web-content embedding. Available as a Chrome plug-in, and soon to be available on mobile apps and ConnectMe.
