Same as below, upon subscription, I was billed $39.99 during the trial phase. My attempts to contact support have gone unanswered, leading to a monetary setback for me. The service interface is very slow too.

I was immediately charged $39.99 upon subscribing, even during the trial period. Despite reaching out, I received no support. The associated Chrome extension is now non-functional. I've incurred a financial loss due to this issue.

New features and functions! I see that the company has new money and capital and is going fast forward on many new things. Very excited to see visuals, faster search. They are taking many user's feedback and so I see a great road ahead for the app and their platform
