2023-10-03	Jack Tan		en	Same as below, upon subscription, I was billed $39.99 during the trial phase. My attempts to contact support have gone unanswered, leading to a monetary setback for me. The service interface is very slow too.
2023-10-03	Tan Tian Huat			I was immediately charged $39.99 upon subscribing, even during the trial period. Despite reaching out, I received no support. The associated Chrome extension is now non-functional. I've incurred a financial loss due to this issue.
