2026-03-20	Me*****	Loyal member and want to support local cinemas but both app and online site will not let you use your accumulated points to buy tickets! (e.g..Buy 1- get 1 free using points). Then what do I pay annual membership fee for!? Interface could be improved also.

2025-12-15	Vi*****	Not working well and smoothly after update. Always say exceeded the quota of insight pass so I can't get tickets inside the app. And why would I choose the cinema one more time after I click on the cinema first then choose the film? Sucks!
