Users largely agree the Android app has major stability and usability issues. The app crashes or won’t open after updates, login often fails or logs users out, and the ticketing flow can be blocked by broken payments and an unusable points system. While members and a cinephile loyalty program are mentioned, the rewards features are not functioning as intended. UI/UX problems, such as persistent ads, unreadable text in dark mode, and language localization issues, compound the frustration. Some devices report performance problems as well.

Device/OS compatibility and performance issues: reported on Samsung OneUI 5.1, Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, and other devices with slow or inconsistent performance.

Loyal member and want to support local cinemas but both app and online site will not let you use your accumulated points to buy tickets! (e.g..Buy 1- get 1 free using points). Then what do I pay annual membership fee for!? Interface could be improved also.

Not working well and smoothly after update. Always say exceeded the quota of insight pass so I can't get tickets inside the app. And why would I choose the cinema one more time after I click on the cinema first then choose the film? Sucks!
