I'm not sure what it really does. It only changes the background colour of the screen after you hit search to a dark grey, a very light grey(almost white), a very light green, slightly more darker green and a creme colour which is still white and doesn't do anything apart from that. I don't think it helps with lessening the strain really? Maybe just if you want a different colour for only your web screen. But ig go ahead and try it and see for yourself.
