Frenchwave Programming

Frenchwave is the app that supports your daily training, from checking the day's program to tracking your personal records.

--- Your program, day by day

Right from the home screen, you'll see today's scheduled workouts. Each day is divided into exercise blocks; simply scroll to see everything. To move from one day to the next, a simple swipe left or right is all it takes. You can also navigate week by week or open the calendar to jump directly to a specific date.

If you're following multiple programs (physical conditioning, weightlifting, cardio, etc.), a selector at the top of the screen lets you switch between them with a single tap. A banner also shows you where you are in your training cycle—for example, "week 3 of 6."

No internet connection? No problem, previously viewed workouts remain available offline.

Your Performances, All in One Place

The Performance tab groups together all the metrics you want to track: squats, bench press, 2K time, resting heart rate, and more. They're categorized for easy navigation, and for each one, you can see your latest recorded value.

Opening a metric gives you access to its entire history. A graph shows how your results have changed over time. Below, you'll find each entry with its date, value, and optionally a rating. Entries that correspond to a personal best are automatically marked PR.

To add a new performance, simply tap the + button at the bottom of the screen. Enter the value, date, and a rating if you wish. If you don't have an internet connection at that moment, the entry is saved and automatically sent as soon as the network is restored. You can also edit or delete an entry by pressing and holding on it.

In the settings, you can choose between the light and dark theme, or manage your account. The link to the privacy policy is also located there.
