Flash's Workout is a 100% free, ad-free application that aims to help you with your daily workouts.

Add or modify training programs and exercises as you wish.

Become the best version of yourself by following the progress of your workouts.

Below are the features that the application offers:

             Choose the number of series, repetition, rest time and a link

          - Added superseries
             Superseries is a set of several exercises to do in one go.
             Select multiple when creating the series

> Creating / modifying an exercise

    You can save a personalized image and a link
    web to a potential video illustrating the exercise.

> Monitoring the progress of one program per week

   + Start / reset a program

      Initializes the tracking of the progress of a training program by telling you
      among others the progress of the sessions per week

   + Start / resume a session

       You start monitoring the workout by doing the exercises and
       resting during the indicated rest periods.
