KIlco Réservation

Kilco Reservation is the app for restaurants that book their tables online. It brings together on a single screen what comes in from the restaurant's website and what goes through the voicemail—so nothing gets missed during the busy period.

SEE INCOMING RESERVATIONS
Everything coming in from today onward, grouped day by day: name, time, number of covers, phone number. A badge on the tab indicates what's left to review. One tap is all it takes to call the customer, another to confirm or decline.

CALL BACK MISSED CALLS
Calls that no one could answer no longer disappear. The number, timestamp, and voicemail can be listened to directly in the app. A call back is just a tap away. The customer has already received a link via SMS to book without calling back.

GET NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY
A notification for every new booking and every customer cancellation,
on all the establishment's phones. Tapping the notification opens
the relevant booking directly.

AUTOMATIC CONFIRMATION, OR NOT
By default, an online booking is confirmed as soon as it's created: the app
is used to track it and keep it on hand. The establishment can also
choose to confirm everything manually — the booking then remains pending
until your decision, and the customer receives a text message when you confirm.

YOUR BOOKING HOURS
The time slots during which a customer can book are set from
the app, day by day. They are shared with the establishment's website: anything you change here is visible online
immediately.

WHAT IT GAINS
Two figures, without embellishment: how many bookings in total, and how many
resulted from a missed call followed up by text message. No opening rates, no superficial statistics—only real reservations are counted.

DESIGNED FOR SERVICE
Dark theme for readability in the dining room, direct lists, no menu to browse. The app updates automatically upon launch.
