Across reviews, the app often fails to open or crashes during use, and payments are accepted only inconsistently (sometimes requiring multiple attempts or not working at all). SMS-based verification also fails for many users. A major friction point is Google Wallet/Android Wallet: the app either lacks support, interferes with Wallet, or blocks concurrent use, making Google Wallet the preferred option for many.
