FODMAP Asystent

The application is designed for people with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and others who should follow the lowFODMAP diet (e.g. during SIBO treatment).
The app includes:
- a list of products with a search engine
- color marking of products depending on the content of FODMAPs
- knowledge base on FODMAPs, i.e. fermentable carbohydrates
- recipes using lowFODMAP products

The lowFODMAP diet is an elimination diet, so it is recommended that its use be consulted with a specialist.
