What is CSS Inject?

CSS Inject is a Chrome extension that allows you to inject any hosted CSS file into any webpage. It aids in theming websites such as Wordpress or Tumblr by allowing you to work off a localhost hosted CSS file and see immediate results. No more copying and pasting or FTP-ing your CSS up to the server.

As a simple tool for rapidly testing your CSS changes directly in the web browser, I really can't fault it.

Doesn't really work for me. I added a css file on a public github project, and the plugin correct injects a link tag for it when I click the button, but somehow it doesn't take at all, anywhere :/
