Maine 1 star rating di hai lekin ye software negative me rating deserve karta hai. Kyuki inke paas software me use karne ke liye kuch hai hi nahi. Ye software kitna bekaar hai app isse pata laga sakte ho Bill banke kisi bhi order me chale jaate hai. Fir dhundna padta hai bill ko. Last call mera March me uthaya tha in logo ne. Or kuch bhi problem batao to kehte hai Price bhi to dekhiye kitna Kam itne me itna hi milega. Is software ki jitni burai karo utni kam hai. Feature - 0/10 Support - 0/10

Worst Software Ever. They just throw the Price Trap and will make you buy the software.I have informed them about a Issue in Reports section ( Party Report- Total problem , Sales Report - Duplicate entries ) Two months ago. I was informed that it will be solved in a week after that they have not contacted me even once for an update. The feature are good comparison to prices but there are too many Errors in the software that needs to be fixed & by the time they fix it all my subscription will end

Very disappointing experience with this billing software. Due to incorrect GST calculations in the software, I ended up paying excess GST, which caused financial loss to my business (Vishwas Sales Agency). I reported the issue multiple times, but there has been no proper response or resolution from the support team. I have made more than 50 calls, but most of the time calls are not answered. Even when they respond, no clear solution is provided. They promised a refund, but even after 18+ days
