The author of the addon needs to develop logical thinking. The author says in FAQ #5 that to encrypt multiple files, I should compress them into a ZIP archive, and then I should encrypt the resulting ZIP archive using his addon. But why do I need his addon in this case, if all ZIP archivers also allow you to encrypt files? Delete your unwanted addon.

Is File Guard (Encryptor | Decryptor) Safe?
Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.
File Guard (Encryptor | Decryptor) does not require any sensitive permissions.
