Instructions for Using the Utility:

1. Install the PDFGuard browser extension from the Mozilla Add-ons website.

3. To enable PDF download blocking, click on the PDFGuard icon and toggle the blocking feature to "on."
4. PDFGuard will now prevent PDF files from being downloaded from web pages. If a website attempts to initiate a PDF download, PDFGuard will block the download and provide a notification alert.
