fibertime expenses

fibertime expenses is the expense-claims app built for fibertime staff. It replaces spreadsheets, email threads and Xero Me for personal costs you need reimbursed, as well as company-card spend that finance needs to review.

Snap or upload a receipt and the app reads the merchant, date, amount and VAT, in any currency finance allows. You confirm the details, add the business purpose and submit. Personal spend goes to your manager for approval, while company-card spend and items such as per diem and telephone costs go straight to finance. Approvers see their pending items in the same app, open the receipt in place, and approve, send back or reject with a reason. You can track every claim from waiting for approval through to paid.

Approved claims are booked automatically in fibertime's accounting system, so there is nothing to retype and nothing to chase. The app works on your phone alongside the web portal at finance.fibertime.cloud, and drafts are saved on the device until you are ready to submit. A fibertime account is required, and the app is for fibertime employees only.
