02 - Employee submits a request
The employee requests an advance from Web, Android, or iOS. The request routes through the configured approval chain automatically.

03 - Approved funds hit the wallet
Once the chain is fully approved, the advance is credited to the wallet instantly. The employee sees the balance update on their device.

04 - Spend tracked, receipts uploaded, wallet closed
The employee spends using their wallet. Receipts are uploaded from mobile. Finance reviews and reconciles. Outstanding balances trigger recovery.
