When trying to take a passport photo, the screen goes black for 1 second, then says the photo couldn't be taken. Camera permissions are on. Trying to fix it by contacting support team is asking to make a selfie as one of steps. And again, when trying to take a selfie for support, the app crashes. It is sad there is no 0 star option on Google Play
