2024-10-10	Ko*****	When trying to take a passport photo, the screen goes black for 1 second, then says the photo couldn't be taken. Camera permissions are on. Trying to fix it by contacting support team is asking to make a selfie as one of steps. And again, when trying to take a selfie for support, the app crashes. It is sad there is no 0 star option on Google Play

2024-09-22	Si*****	App cannot authenticate with photo - which means it is useless. Jumps out before picture can be taken. When you then ask for help it requires you to take a selfie... which fails as well with a FaceInitError_514. I tried on a Samsung S21 as well as on an older S9 - and both failed same place.

2024-09-12	sh*****	Absolutely disgustingly awful app, tried for an hour on phone,only to realize the qr code only shows on laptop and not phone, then when taking passport pic,it's just a black screen for 1/10th a second and says it failed (app has camera permission), after many hundreds of attempts to take a picture of my passport I gave up, the developer of this app needs to be fired into the sun, and this needs to be taken off the app store ASAP.

2024-05-25	Sa*****	I literally cannot get anywhere with this app. I've downloaded it onto my phone. But can't get anywhere to register. As soon as I open the app, I get a "scan qr code" window. What the heck do I scan?!? I don't know how this is supposed to be a useful identification app for us Finns that no longer life in Finland, when you can't even register for this app. Can't even tell you how frustrating this is. And there seems to be no way of contacting anyone for support on how to register!? Not useful.

2024-04-01	no*****	This app deserves -5 *. Worst app ever! The app is clearly installed, but it keeps saying the app is not installed. Also, what QR code should I scan? When I didn't get any QR code! It's a joke how this app is still on PlayStore. I highly recommend deleting this app from Play Store until it is working as it should. It's a governmental application! I wonder how much the developer team got paid for this brilliant app! 😂😂

As far as I can tell, this app is the only way to access the Finnish government e-services. Do not recommend at all, every time it goes to scan the QR code it crashes and says the app is not installed when it clearly is. Judging by other people's reviews, this problem is not likely to get fixed soon.
