it's an absolute garbage app. I have a Finnish bank account and Finnish personal identity code but the app doesn't allow me to create a user account! I've been trying to create a user account for an hour but no luck. Are the developers of your app 2-year-old kids?! ZERO star for sure.

App is fine, but service is so lacking now. If they reroute a package to a secondary delivery point and for whatever reason you can't make it to that location without significant inconvenience, tough luck. You either pay extra and wait at home for home delivery or just suck it up and go out of your way to that location (an extra hour out for me) every time your package gets rerouted and you can't change it to a more convenient one. Customer service reps will ignore you in chat too. Time wasters.
