Almost impossible to reach them unfortunately via chat in app or calling. Waiting time is 30 mins+ and when they reply they immediately leave the chat if you need to ask something more you cannot. and very rude service representatives. Rerouting is another big issue sadly. The biggest problem is if you need to talk to one representative it is not even possible nowadays, I hope there will be an enhancement soon
