Absolutely pathetic delivery service. The promised delivery date seems to mean nothing to them. The order was delayed without any proper explanation or timely update. If you cannot deliver on the date you promise, then stop making false commitments. Extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable service. Very disappointed!
