By: CennoxX
Firefox extension for flexible full text browsing history search. Press f, then space in the adress bar to start searching your previously visited websites!

Features & Capabilities

Falcon is a Firefox extension that enhances your browsing experience by enabling flexible full-text search of your browsing history. Each time you visit a website, Falcon indexes all the text on the page, making it easy to locate previously visited sites based on their content. To activate the search, simply press 'f' followed by space in the address bar and type your query.

Developed by @andrewilyas, @lengstrom, and @cennoxx, with artwork by Lucia Liu, Falcon offers a powerful and intuitive way to navigate your browsing history by content keywords rather than just URLs or page titles. This makes re-finding information faster and more efficient, particularly for users who frequently revisit many pages.

Is Falcon Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Falcon requires some sensitive permissions that could impact your browser and data security. Exercise caution before installing.
