A handy tool to search for posts in a niche community. This tool will append selected text from a website as a query parameter to the intended site's search string.

Features & Capabilities

This extension is for members of a small niche community. It will enable to search posts in said community directly from text selection or from specific sites.

Note: Get installation instructions from the developer (via community website) before using this extension.

Usage:

  1. Open extension settings page and enter the site url (follow the format given in the instructions there)
  2. While on an IMDb movie or TV page, just right click anywhere and click "EyeSees - IMDb mode" to search for the title in our beloved forum.
  3. While elsewhere, just select some text (usually a movie/show name), right click and choose "EyeSees"
