For hosts

Build the event. Dates, venue, schedule, budget, and notes, all on one event.

Guest lists and RSVPs. Add guests by hand, import a list, or pull people in from your phone contacts. Track responses, meal selections, plus-ones, and seating.

Find and book vendors. Search by category and availability, send an inquiry, compare what comes back, and keep every conversation attached to the booking it belongs to.

Run of show. Build the timeline, assign vendors to each moment, attach files, and share it with your team.

Checklists and budget. Track what is left, what it costs, and what you have paid.

For vendors

Your business profile. Publish packages, pricing, gallery, and reviews so hosts can find you.

Inquiries and bookings. Answer new leads, send a quote, and move a booking from inquiry to confirmed.

Contracts and invoices. Send a contract for signature, invoice against it, and track deposits and balances as they are paid.

Availability and calendar. Connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar so confirmed events land on it and your availability stays accurate.

On event day

Scan guest QR codes to check people in, and scan again at the table for meal service. Watch the run of show move in real time, and get a notification when something changes.
