AI Lifter

A new kind of app, for a new era. AI Lifter is an experiment: a serious training app with no servers behind it, no accounts, no subscriptions — and no company standing between you and your data. Everything it can't do alone, it hands to an AI model you bring yourself. When the intelligence lives in a model you connect, the app needs no backend to be smart — it only has to get out of your way. A full workout tracker, a living 3D anatomy map, weekly training volume for 60 muscles, and a coach that actually reads your training — all on your phone, answering only to you. Over 450 exercises, from barbell strength to yoga, tai chi and qigong — including chair tai chi and chair qigong you can do seated, whatever your age or starting point.

Switch on the AI — your key, your rules. The app works fully offline with no AI at all. To wake the coach, connect one provider with your own key, so you decide what it costs and what it sees. Three ways in, easiest first:

1. Start free — Gemini. Create a Google (Gemini) API key and choose gemini-flash-lite-latest. Gemini's free tier currently gives you 500 requests a day on flash-lite — plenty to run the coach day to day at no cost (Google sets the limits). The simplest way to try everything for free. Want more depth later? Switch the same key to gemini-flash-latest — or step up to DeepSeek below.
2. Go cheap — DeepSeek. Add a DeepSeek key — a few dollars goes a very long way: deepseek-flash for everyday, deepseek-v4-pro for deeper plans and analysis.
3. Explore — OpenRouter. One key, every provider. Try OpenRouter's free community models to experiment (availability and quality are not guaranteed), or point it at the frontier when you want the very best: deepseek/deepseek-pro-latest, openai/gpt-sol-latest, openai/gpt-mini-latest.

Your choice, your account, your bill.

# instructions v1.0
name: you
description: a human who decided to get stronger — and to keep it for life.
model: human — no upgrades available, only training.
instruction:
You are human. This is the one mission that is fully yours: build muscle, build strength,
and carry it with you for the rest of your life. Not a New Year's resolution. For good.
• Show up — especially on the days you don't feel like it.
• Add a little more than last time, and write it down.
• Treat rest as part of the work, because it is.
• Train honestly; let a coach read the rest.
You are not chasing a number on a scale or someone else's body in a mirror. You are becoming
the strongest, most capable version of yourself — one honest set at a time.
