Kontrola: Control Horario

Kontrola is the time tracking app for teams at companies using Kontrola. Clock in and out with a single tap, receive your payslips instantly, and view your schedule from your mobile device.

ONE-TAP CHECK IN
• Clock in, take breaks, and clock out with a single button.

• If your company requires it, your location is only saved when you clock in. Never in the background.

• Get a 5-minute reminder before your clock-in and clock-out times, so you don't forget.

PAYSLIP AND DOCUMENTS
• Receive your payslips as soon as your company uploads them, with a mobile notification.

• Open and share them or save them to your Files.

• Read and sign your company documents directly from the app.

SCHEDULES AND VACATIONS
• View your schedule week by week.

• Request vacations and absences and track their status.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW
• Daily time tracking (Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute and Royal Decree-Law 8/2019).

• Records are kept for 4 years and cannot be altered.

• Respect your right to disconnect: outside of your working hours, notifications will wait until your workday begins.

FOR COMPANIES
Kontrola includes a web panel to manage staff, schedules, payroll, and reports for the Labor Inspectorate. If your company wants to use Kontrola, write to us at support@kodia.es.
